Members will receive scheduled purchase sheets on the first Monday of every month. The purchase sheets will list all products to be priced at that time. Members may also write in any product they may need that is not listed.
Members will complete the purchase sheet with the amounts of chemicals he or she wishes to acquire and return to SCA within one week. SCA will not offer any product on the purchase sheet that we feel isn’t in the competitive range.
When you request a product and quantity, this is considered a sale.
SCA will obtain quotes on the products based on total volumes. Products priced to the members will be available for pick up at the Holly Bluff, MS warehouse.
Members will be notified when product is available for pickup. Payment is due 1 day after pick up notice. Our preferred payment method is via ACH or bank transfer. We also accept payment by check. Shipping is available upon request.
