How it Works:

• Members will receive scheduled purchase sheets at least 6 times per year based on buying opportunities and upcoming needs. The purchase sheets will list all products to be priced at that time.

• Product Request Timeframes:
  i. November/December – Burndown
  ii. January/February – Burndown #2
  iii. March – Preplant
  iv. April – At plant
  v. May – In season
  vi. July – Harvest aids
  vii. There will be other bid sheets when there are specific buying opportunities, such as a significant price drop or a long inventory with a motivated seller.

• Members will complete the purchase sheet with the amounts of chemicals he or she wishes to acquire and return to SCA within 48 hours. SCA will not offer any product on the purchase sheet that we feel isn’t in the competitive range.

• When you request a product and quantity, this is considered a sale.

• SCA will obtain quotes on the products based on total volumes. Products priced to the members will be available for pick up at the Holly Bluff warehouse.

• Members will be notified when product is available for pickup, electronic payment will be due 1 day from pick up notice.

• SCA has the capability to store your product for you if your space is limited, but we are not responsible for your product.
